    While our pricing does not offer guests their meals, our fully equipped kitchen facilities can be utilised by guests to cook their favourite dishes. You are also most welcome to order-in from amongst the numerous restaurants within our vicinity or avail services of any of the food delivery app options.

    • Complimentary use of the swimming pool with proper swimwear.
    • Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM.
    • Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
    • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
    • We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
    • Cancellations made 45 days before the check-in date: 100% refund*.
    • Cancellations made 10-05 days before check-in date: 50% refund*
    • No refund available for cancellations made within 05 days of check-in date*
    • The primary guest must be at least 18 years.
    • Government regulations require us to take photocopies of a valid photo identity card and address proof of all guests at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted. We are unable to proceed with check-in without these documents and the booking will be considered a ‘no show’ without a refund.
    • The rate per night does not include charges for services such as airport transfers, restaurant reservations
